Little Miss. Kiana

Kiana is one very active little girl! We spent the afternoon at her grandparents beautiful home, taking pictures as she ran around, discovering. She is such a cutie, and it was great see her and her parents again, happy and healthy!

Karolinka ~ Graduation

Finishing up the last of my grad event for 2008, I had an fantastic time photographing Miss Karolinka, her family and her beau Sam, before they all headed off to her graduation from Stelly's. (which is where I graded... back in the day!)

Erica ~ Baby Bump

I'v been really fortunate to photograph some really amazing expecting ladies lately! I'v been so inspired and impressed when a mommy - to - be is feeling alittle sexy, and has alittle fun!

Erica is a great example of that. Yesterday she came to the studio, and while her fiancée stayed with us only for a few shots, he really wanted it to be about her and their babe, due in July.

Congrats to Erica & Jamie on both your expecting wee one and marriage this fall!

Karla & James ~ Baby Bump

It was such a great evening last night.... perfect to photograph my expecting friends, Karla & James, for their maternity pictures at the beach. I'm very excited to meet their little one this coming July!

Jennifer ~ Graduation

Jennifer graduated from Uvic tonight, and with the help of her boyfriend Peter, celebrated with a photo session... then dinner. It was great to work with the couple, and they did not mind me exploring the grounds of the gardens for the shoot, even if some spaces that I placed them in were a tight squeeze! Congratulations Jennifer on your achievement!

Miriam

Warm enough to be adventurous at the beach, I had a great time photographing little Miriam at Gyro. She played, laughed and would point and smile at all the dogs around the park. What an amazing little girl!

Baby Bump: Christina & Brian

Christina & Brian are expecting twin boys, due in May. I first met the couple at her twin sister's wedding almost two years ago. Its was great to reconnect with them, and I wish them a happy & healthy delivery.

Spring Ahead

Inspired by the Spring Flowers, Lisa (of Gloss) , Alex (our favorite model) and I set off this morning to take a few pics. The cool breeze didn't feel like spring, but it was fun to have some colour.

Baby Bump: Bathany & Tyler

My friend, Bethany and her darling hubby Tyler, are expecting their first baby.... in the next week or so! I was thrilled when she asked me to take her pictures, and so happy they came over for the day, from Vancouver, to do so. The day was beautiful.... and so is her baby belly.
