Double Happiness.

Big travel weekend for us gals. Kelli & I broke in my new car with a trip up north to Port Alberni. Known as one of the islands warmest towns during the summer (ya, no kidding!) we were there to shoot Sara & Chris's wedding at the beautiful Farmer Bill's (Farm). The ceremony site was cut out of a large field (in a heart shape I'm told) where the bride & groom said "i do!". We really enjoyed their wedding party, and had a few laughs as the cruised in an old beat up looking bus, partying to "The Hip". Congratulations to Sarah & Chris!

The next day we were in Cowichian Bay/Cobble Hill area for Melissa & Shane's day. We met the bride & groom (who arrived in a Smart Car) at Bright Angel Park. A little park that is tucked away, but has so many great things to offer creatively, one being a small suspension bridge. Following pre-ceremony portraits, we all jumped in the Smart Car (just kidding) and made our way to a fabulous venue, Pine Lodge Farm. The traditional wedding was perfect for both sides' of families followed by a fun reception. Everyone was all smiles, we really enjoyed our time with the group. Congratulations Melissa & Shane!
